Flower Mound, Texas – August 22, 2022 – Thompson Realty Capital, LLC, in partnership with Trez Capital, announced plans for a new 50-acre mixed-use development located at the southeast corner of FM 2499 and Lakeside Village Parkway in the town of Flower Mound. The first phase of the project includes a four-story, 200-unit, garden-urban mix, multi-family community and 15,000 square feet of retail with space for three restaurants, as well as a 60,000-square-foot office building with one level of underground parking. Trez Capital, in a partnership with apartment developer Thompson Realty, recently sold a newly developed apartment community, Winding Creek at The Preserve, at 2250 Sara Jane Parkway in Grand Prairie, Texas, with similar deals in San Antonio and south of Dallas in DeSoto. The partnership has another handful of projects under contract.
