W.T. Field
President
Mr. Field became President of Thompson Realty Corporation in 1990. Thompson Realty Capital, LLC, was formed in 2012 to focus on multifamily development with Mr. Field as President. He began his real estate career at The Cambridge Companies in 1981 as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Mr. Field's entry into real estate, he spent seven years with Michigan General Corporation as Assistant Treasurer, Director of Accounting and SEC reporting.
Some accomplishments by Mr. Field include:
- Development of 7,000 multifamily units in Texas and Virginia with a value of approximately $1.3 billion.
- Development and capitalization of multi-phase office and land development projects in Dallas and San Antonio.
- Entitlement including zoning of large mixed use properties in Plano, Allen and San Antonio including the first UMU zoning district in the City of Plano.
- Management of approximately 1.6 million square feet of commercial space, chiefly office projects.
- Arranged financing and assisted in acquisition due diligence for the purchase of approximately one million square feet of commercial space in Dallas, Houston and San Antonio.
- Managed the development of projects totaling 3,000 single family lots in Dallas, Austin and San Antonio.
Mr. Field earned his Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Methodist University in 1974.
Taylor Field
Chief Executive Officer
Taylor has been with Thompson Realty since 2006. He oversees acquisitions, development, operations, and disposition of Class-A multifamily properties, totaling more than 3,000 multifamily units since 2009. Between 2006 and 2009, Taylor was responsible for all tenant finish work for Thompson Realty’s income property portfolio of 1.7 million square feet located in Dallas-Ft Worth, Austin, San Antonio, and Northern Virginia.
Prior to joining Thompson Realty, Taylor was Project Engineer at Hunt Construction Group, responsible for the construction and renovation of projects which included eight elementary schools and ten libraries for the Richardson I.S.D., a new emergency room, radiology department and five-floor tower at the Trinity Medical Center in Carrollton, and a new administration building for the Lewisville I.S.D.
Taylor received his BBA (2002) and MBA (2007) from Southern Methodist University. He is actively involved in several charities in the Dallas area.
Brady Miller
Chief Operations Officer
Brady joined Thompson Realty Capital, LLC in 2014 as an Associate in the finance group. During his 5 year tenure with the company Brady has taken on increasing responsibilities and is now serving as Senior Vice President. Brady has been an integral team member in the acquisition, development and disposition of over $400M in assets.
Brady’s responsibilities include the financial underwriting of potential acquisitions, dispositions and development opportunities. Brady works with lenders and investors on structuring each transaction to maximize returns. Additionally, Brady is actively involved in the development and ongoing property management of Thompson Realty’s assets working to enhance value and address partner needs.
Victor Aguilar

Victor brought his multifamily knowledge to Carbon Thompson Multifamily Management in 2006 after several years of service with Cornerstone Realty Income Trust and Colonial Properties Trust (1,500 employees). The two REITS merged in 2004 to form a 6 billion dollar company in which he was instrumental in the transition of the new companies Policy’s and Procedure’s. At the time he also served as the only non-executive member on the Policy and Procedure board (8 members) regulating policy change.
- Currently holds the CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Specialist) designation provided through the National Apartment Association.
- Well Versed in Financial Management, Property Performance and Evaluation, Due Diligence, Effective Leadership, Strategic Planning, Vendor Relations, Policy Formulation and Business Team Building and Training.
Member of National Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, San Antonio Apartment Association and Northern Virginia Apartment Association.
Prior to joining Carbon Thompson Multifamily Management and the two companies, he acquired his Real Estate License, owned and managed a small portfolio of real estate investments. These small investments were the first beginnings of his Real Estate Management experience. These past experiences have helped to transform his methodology to his current role with Carbon Thompson Multifamily Management as Director of Operations. Victor grew up in Boulder Colorado, and soon took up studies in Business Management and Real Estate practices.
Andrew B. Bradford
Managing Director
Drew joined Thompson Realty Corporation in (now Thompson Realty Capital, LLC) 2004 to assist leasing, marketing and business development initiatives. Prior to joining the company, Drew led business development activities for the Global Financial Services Division of Perot Systems Corporation, with a specific focus on asset-backed securities. He was responsible for large scale, long-term mega-contracts in the mortgage financial services and securities industries worldwide that complemented Perot Systems' strategy and array of services. Drew formed relationships with key executives and former executives of Fannie Mae, private conduits, mortgage servicers, and banks across North America and Europe. Before this role, he was a leader in Perot Systems' construction of a world class, award-winning competency and associated profit center in the technologies of image processing and workflow.
Prior to joining Perot Systems, Drew was the southwest regional manager for Intellifile, Inc., a member of the former Lomas Financial Group. This company pioneered the market for image processing outsourcing services, targeting the largest mortgage banking and servicing institutions in the US. His specific focus was multi-year contracts for outsourcing and professional services, as well as systems and software products.
Drew began his professional career at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) while obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Texas at Austin. He worked at National Heritage Insurance Company (NHIC), which was EDS' account that operated the State of Texas Title XIX Medicaid program. He continued two fellowships with EDS in Europe, serving EDS' International Operations division to win a large development and outsourcing contract for the XXVth Olympiad in Barcelona - a contract that launched a successful business unit for EDS that developed results systems for epic athletic events.
Drew is actively involved in business development activities and in every facet of the company's efforts to project itself into the industry and to liaise with its investors.
Drew is an active member at the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation and has served on its vestry and numerous committees. He served on the Executive Council of the Diocese of Dallas from 2011-2014, as well as the Bishop's Commission on the Status of Parishes and Missions. He presently serves on the Finance Committee of the diocese. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Nashotah House Theological Seminary, the oldest academic institution in the State of Wisconsin. In 2005, Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom appointed Drew to the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem (commonly known as “The Order of Saint John”) as a Serving Brother. In 2009, Her Majesty promoted him Officer and in 2021, Commander. Drew is a private pilot and enjoys his family and the outdoors.

Brad associated with Thompson Realty Capital in 1999. He has a natural consultative style and product knowledge in multiple user driven real estate disciplines. This winning combination of experience and personality provides a good fit with Thompson Realty Capital.
Selling single family lots and negotiating office leases for partnerships within Thompson Realty has been a unique real estate practice. The background of having leased office properties and the gained experience in land development gave way to selling single family lots in multiple subdivisions, during some challenging economic times.
Leasing responsibilities at Thompson Realty includes developing prospects, retaining tenants and negotiating the facility needs of the leases on time within budget for office, office warehouse and retail projects.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University he received his BBA degree in 1974.
Brad matured in sales within the steel service center industry for nine years from 1974 to 1983. His real estate career was established as he began team leasing approximately 1,000,000 square feet of office inventory with Myers Commercial for six years. In 1989, he started Enderby Real Estate, which for the next ten years focused on income property sales and tenant representation, leading to and becoming an independent contractor with Thompson Realty in 1999.

Cherrilyn Barnard
Property Manager
Cherrilyn joined the Thompson Realty Management Corporation in April 2007. Cherrilyn brings over sixteen years of diversified commercial property management. Prior to joining Thompson Realty, Cherrilyn worked for Transwestern managing three buildings totaling 319,478. Cherrilyn began her career in commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield in 1991as a property manager. She managed 770,000 square feet of combined office, office/showroom and bulk warehouse facilities. She worked for Harwood International managing 458,500 square feet of commercial office space, and CMD Realty Investors managing 650,381 commercial office space. Cherrilyn currently oversees three properties with Thompson Realty in Los Colinas.
While at Cushman & Wakefield Cherrilyn received Property Manager of the Year, and at Harwood International she received Property Manger of the Quarter.
Cherrilyn has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southwest Texas State University. She has a Real Estate Salesperson License and her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
Arthur F. Kline, Jr, CCIM

A Texas Real Estate Broker
Mr. Kline joined Thompson Realty Corporation in early 1992 to serve as Director of Leasing and Marketing. Mr. Kline's experience in office leasing is extensive having spent more than five years leasing Park Central, a 1.5 million square foot Class A, mixed-use project, located in north Dallas.
As the Assistant Director of Leasing for Compass Management and Leasing, a subsidiary of Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc., Mr. Kline was instrumental in closing over one million square feet of leasing transactions on behalf of the owners, J.P. Morgan, General Electric Pension Fund, Dai Ichi and the general account of the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States of America.
Prior to joining Equitable/Compass, Mr. Kline had nine years of varied experience in responsible positions in many aspects of the real estate business. As the Executive Vice President of DJT Investments, as a Development Assistant with the Jim Coker Companies, and as an Associate with the Fults Companies, Mr. Kline worked in development, construction, syndication and brokerage of both improved and unimproved real estate.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Kline was a marketing representative with International Business Machines (IBM) where his sales success earned him a trip to the annual 100% Club awards ceremony.
Some real estate transactions Mr. Kline has been involved in include:
- Closed numerous multi-floor, major lease transactions with national and international credit tenants including Tandem Computers, Interstate Batteries, Nautilus, EDS, American Airlines, Safeco Insurance Company of America, Republic Insurance, Dynamex, Samsung and Haynes & Boone.
- The assemblage and brokerage of more than $20 million of improved inner-city property in Fort Worth, Texas.
- The assemblage and brokerage of prime inner-city redevelopment land in Dallas, Texas.
- The development of mixed-use commercial property in Abilene and Austin, Texas.
- $80 million of equity formation for projects in Virginia and Texas.
- Closed multi -family brokerage transaction valued at $110 million.
Mr. Kline earned his undergraduate degree from Austin College in 1976 and his Masters in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in 1988. He received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1983 and is a past president of the North Texas CCIM Chapter. Current projects include, building sales, land sales, leasing and equity formation.
Tod L. Radford, CPA
Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer
Joining Thompson Realty Corporation in January 1989 as an assistant controller, Tod’s responsibilities have grown over his career with the company. In 2003, he assumed his current position of Vice President of Finance and Treasurer.
Responsibilities of Tod and his team include managing the banking and financing relationships of the Thompson Realty Capital, LLC. Tod works with lenders and investors on structuring the financing of new projects as well as the refinancing of existing projects.
Tod has implemented and continues to maintain a web-based treasury management processes for increased efficiency and security. He coordinates federal and state tax management of the company’s real estate portfolio with owners and tax preparers. Tod provides financial analyses of potential acquisitions and dispositions as well as cash flow projections and fair values for the company’s real estate portfolio of office, multi family, and mixed used properties.
Prior to 1989 Tod held the position of controller for a local real estate investment group investing in and managing in office, retail, and oil and gas projects.
Tod holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting from University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
John Stewart
Senior Vice President – Director of Finance
John is Senior Vice President – Director of Finance for Thompson Realty Capital. Prior to joining Thompson Realty, John was the head of production for the Central Region for Sentinel Investments, the wholly owned investment firm for National Life Group. The Central Region encompassed Texas and all states north through Minnesota and all the Midwest through Ohio and Michigan. John originated over $1.5 billion of debt on over 80 properties for the firm, while specializing in multifamily, industrial, office and retail properties with loans ranging from $10-60mm. John is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Texas. John currently serves on the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association Board of Directors and the Prince of Peace Catholic School Advisory Council.
Matt Bellinger
Vice President – Director of Development
Matt is Vice President – Director of Development for Thompson Realty Capital after holding the title of Development Manager since joining the company in 2013.
His responsibilities include managing active real estate developments in DFW and Central Texas, managing and assisting in the predevelopment process, assisting in identifying potential land acquisitions and running Thompson Realty's office capital improvement projects and tenant finish out projects.
Prior to his time at Thompson Realty, Matt worked in various roles in single family construction and development and as a Landman in the oil and gas industry. Matt graduated from the University of Kansas in 2007.
Edward Allen
Development Manager
Edward Allen is a Development Manager at Thompson Realty Capital and operates within the office and multifamily divisions of the company. His primary focus on the office side of Thompson Realty includes capital improvements, tenant finish outs, and general building operations. Within the company’s multifamily portfolio, his duties entail data analysis, turn coordination, and general project oversight.
Edward has been with Thompson Realty since 2013, following his economics and business studies at Texas Christian University. He is currently working towards a second degree in Construction Management within the University of Texas Arlington’s Civil Engineering program.
Brogan Miller
Development Manager
Brogan joined Thompson Realty Capital, LLC in 2021 as an Associate in the Finance and Development groups. He has progressed and taken on more responsibility during his tenure and is now a Development Manager within the company. His responsibilities include managing active real estate developments, assist during the predevelopment process, and help identifying potential acquisitions. Prior to joining Thompson Realty, Brogan worked in leadership positions in various industries. He is a graduate of Wichita State University with degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship - Real Estate Development.
