The Ovilla
The project is located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Ovilla Road on the north side of Red Oak, Texas.
The project will be part of the Legacy Square development which is currently planned to include a theatre/entertainment concept and will also include retail and restaurant option. With its prime location near I-35 the project will provide residents with easy access to the Dallas County employment centers. The project is currently planned to include eleven (11) 3-story residential buildings and one (1)clubhouse/leasing office. One (1) of the residential buildings will be a larger format building that could include an elevator while the other apartment buildings will be standard garden buildings. Proposed amenities for the project include a clubroom, resort-style pool area that will include cabanas and deluxe grilling stations, a dog park and pet grooming area. The project will enjoy walkability to the surrounding retail and theatre.
