Fuller Ridge is a two-building complex prominently located on 14 acres just northwest of the intersection of the John Carpenter Freeway (US-114) and O’Connor Boulevard in the Wingren Office Park, adjacent to the Urben Center at Las Colinas. Fuller Ridge also has close proximity to the George Bush Tollway and LBJ Freeway (I-635). Fuller Ridge I is a four-story building constructed in 1979, consisting of 180,421 square feet and an underground parking garage. Fuller Ridge II is a four-story building constructed in 1977, consisting of 105,000 square feet.
