This high density mixed use project is located at the southwest corner of Centreville Road and the Dulles Toll Road. The last major intersection before Dulles International Airport, this area is also scheduled to receive a Metrorail station allowing residents convenient access to metro Washington, D.C., the Reston Town Center and the Dulles Airport. The first phase of the residential and office portions are described above with future plans for additional residential, hotel and office buildings. The development and site plans on the following pages show a resident friendly package of outdoor amenities along with popular retail and employment centers.
